Chorus circuitry consists of one MN3009 256-stage BBD per channel, driven by a MN3101 clock generator and modulated by a separate chorus LFO on the right panel PCB.
Roland Juno-60 - Picture * The right hand panel PCB contains the masked-programmed 80C49 panel controller. It scans all pots, sliders, buttons and stores the patches into memory and handles the cassette tape writing and reading.

Roland Juno-60 - Memory * IC11 and IC12 is the battery backed-up patch memory. 1k x 4 bit per chip = 1 kilo byte
